Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Downloadable software products
Digital images (see section 2 for more details)
1.3. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email address] with your order number and details of the product you wish to return.
Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.
1.4. Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. Digital Image Purchases
2.1. No Returns for Digital Images:
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital images are final.
Digital images are delivered electronically and cannot be returned once received.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital image purchases.
3. Faulty or Damaged Products
3.1. Reporting Faulty or Damaged Products:
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact our customer service team at andrew@andrewtunney.com.au within 7 days of receiving the product.
Provide your order number and details of the fault or damage.
3.2. Resolution:
We will assess the issue and, if deemed faulty or damaged, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Return shipping costs for faulty or damaged products will be covered by us.
